The Kurviger route planning is based on the open-source routing engine GraphHopper which is distributed under Apache 2 license. The used software of GraphHopper can be found here and might be also used by Kurviger.

The export of some route formats (like KML) uses RouteConverter, which is licensed under GNU General Public License. It should be noted that we use RouteConverter in a GPL-compliant way, our code has no direct dependencies on RouteConverter or its Java API. Therefore, no GPL-licensed code is used.

The Mapstyle "Kurviger Liberty" is based on OSM Liberty, which is licensed under the BSD 3-Clause License (with design elements under CC-BY, the Maki icon set under CC0, and the Roboto font under Apache 2.0).

The Mapstyle "Kurviger OSM" is based on the OSM Style from OpenMapTiles (code under BSD 3-Clause License, design under CC-BY 4.0). That style is in turn based on the excellent OSM Carto style, which is released under CC0 1.0 Universal.

The Mapdata for Kurviger Liberty and Kurviger OSM uses the OpenMapTiles Scheme. Vector tiles are © OpenMapTiles and made available under CC-BY 4.0.

The Kurviger App uses MapLibre Native (BSD 2-Clause License) to show the map and enable parts of the navigation (MIT License).
